Downloaded ExifMeta today, installed it into Lightroom 4.1 (64bit). The install worked fine. I'm running Windows 7 (64bit) SP1
I select some meta data fields - when I click commit - I get the following:
RC ExifMeta has encountered a problem.
Error message: ...ightroom
4.1\ExifMeta.lrplugin\.\ExtendedManager.lua:744:
Unable to update tagset file: Cant open file for writing,
path: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop
Lightroom
4.1\...\Metadata Tagsets_AutoGenerated(DoNotEdit).lua,
additional info: nil
Please report this problem - thank you in avance....

Plugins must not be put in program directories - pick a user directory instead.
